Right of revocation

You can revoke your contract without giving reasons within 30 days from the date of order, (or 14 days from the entry into force of contract, see also selling the test), writing , for example by mail, fax or email. The period begins at the earliest from the entry into force of contract and receipt of these instructions. The contact time with service haekelmode.com sufficient to meet the deadline for removal. Please do not return the goods to haekelmode.com postage due. We do not accept goods returned with postage due. After your notice of cancellation of the contract of sale, we collect the goods at your premises by our contractual partner.

Following the revocation 
In case of effective revocation, the sales contract becomes null and void. The benefits received from both sides must be returned and the enjoyment obtained if applicable must be made. If you can not return the goods we received wholly or partly or only in worse condition, you must, where appropriate, we will refund the value. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is due exclusively to its control as it would have been possible during the sale at the store. You can avoid the obligation to repay the value of the item not as your property, which impairs its value.

You have to charge you for reference, if the goods correspond to the ordered and the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40.00 euros or if, for a higher price of the goods, you don ' have not yet provided the cons-delivery or partial payment contractually agreed upon revocation. Otherwise, the reference is for you without charge.

There is no right of revocation in the following cases:

• goods manufactured according to customer's specification or 
• goods cut clearly tailored to personal needs or - 
• goods not suitable for return because of their consistency or - 
• delivery of newspapers, journals and magazines.
