Scope 
Our terms of sale apply to all orders for products of this online store. The orders placed by phone, fax or by mail are also.Where appropriate, the special payment conditions apply for international orders (outside Germany).

Sales test 
In haekelmode.com you buy at the trial, unless otherwise stipulated by you, ie d. the contract of sale is effective only after the expiry of 14 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.

Service Delivery / Capacity delivery / Delivery

Stability of Color / Colour differences

Following the revocation 
In case of effective revocation, the sales contract becomes null and void. The benefits received from both sides must be returned and the enjoyment obtained if applicable must be made. If you can not return the goods we received wholly or partly or only in worse condition, you must, where appropriate, we will refund the value. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is due exclusively to its control as it would have been possible during the sale at the store. You can avoid the obligation to repay the value of the item not as your property, which impairs its value.

There is no right of revocation in the following cases:

Exchange delivery 
If, in exceptional cases, we can not deliver the item ordered, and we have not yet accepted your offer of contract, we reserve the right to submit a new offer by sending a quality item and equivalent price. If you do not want to accept our offer, please return the merchandise through the adhesive label attached to the return delivery. The return costs are borne by us. Of course, your legal right of cancellation applies if you keep the replacement item.

Reserve Property

Payment by invoice 
This payment method is currently reserved only for billing customers and is possible only after creating an account.

Payment by debit 
You simply give us an authorization to debit irrevocable. We take the principle amount at the time of shipment.

Court of competent jurisdiction
